Here’s how our Pay-Per-Performance Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) works:
We consider your business goals and do keyword research. Next, we recommend ten keywords + city name to start your local SEO campaign. These keywords include a combination of both targeted long-tail keyword phrases as well as high-volume keyword search terms and phrases. This mixture will help you rank faster and enjoy the initial SEO traffic, while we work hard on the more difficult to rank high-volume or more competitive keyword phrases.
You pay us a monthly “success” fee only when we get your website to rank organically on the first page of Google for at least one of the ten keywords selected. (NOTE: There is a setup fee required to get started. But don’t worry. If we don’t get your website ranked for any of the keywords we agreed upon on the first page of Google organic search results during the time we work together, you’ll get that setup fee back.)
Every month between the 1st and the 10th we’ll do a ranking check. If your site isn’t ranking for any of the keywords on the first page of Google organic search results – you won’t be charged that month! If at least one of the ten keywords is ranking organically on the first page of Google search results — this includes Google Business Profile rankings — you’ll be charged your monthly fee. It’s that simple!
Our goal is to get as many of the ten keywords ranking as possible so you get such great results that you’ll want to add even more keywords to the mix!
Here’s what’s included:

Who are current customers? Who are ideal customers?
Keyword research – we’ll make suggestions for 10 keyword recommendations to target during 12-month campaign (keyword + city)
Note: you must select the city you want to rank for.
We do the SEO work required to get the ranking results.

Pay-Per-Performance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Success Fee — $1,600/mo, per 10 keywords in 1 city. Additional 10 keyword + city packages added for $1,250.
